Wing Tai Awarded Prime Residential Site in River Valley
SINGAPORE, 27 June 2024– Wing Tai Holdings Limited (Wing Tai) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Winchamp Investment Pte. Ltd., has been awarded a 99-year leasehold prime residential site in River Valley by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) at the tender price of S$463,999,999. Located at the junction of River Valley Green and River Valley Road, this prime site spans 9,293.3 square metres with a permissible gross floor area of 32,527 square metres. Wing Tai plans to develop the site into a modern and luxurious residential development comprising over 400 units.
Located in the cosmopolitan River Valley area in central Singapore, the site is well-served by an array of retail, dining and lifestyle options. Within a stone’s throw to Great World City shopping mall, the site is also walking distance to the dynamic Singapore River area encompassing Boat Quay, Clarke Quay, and Robertson Quay.
